Questions
Is the email signature generator free?
Yes. It is free. There are no ads, no limits and no sign-up. The signature has no "made with" badge.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is made of tables and inline styles. Gmail, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Windows, Apple Mail and Thunderbird keep this kind of code. Open the Gmail signature page.
Why can I not upload a photo?
Gmail and Outlook on the web remove pictures that are inside the code. So the page asks for the web address of a picture. Put the picture on your website, then type its address. The address must start with https.
Why is my round photo square in Outlook for Windows?
Outlook for Windows ignores rounded corners. It shows a square photo. Other email apps show the shape that you choose. Use a picture that is already round if you need it in Outlook for Windows.
Does the signature track the people who read my email?
No. The signature has no tracking pixel, no script and no picture from a third party. Your email app only asks for the pictures at the addresses that you type.
Where are my details kept?
Your details stay in this browser, in local storage. The page sends no details to a server. You can export them to a file, and you can clear them at any time. Read more about privacy.
